Director Research Programs & Outreach
Andrew has served the students at Manor and Comal Independent School District as Superintendent and as teacher and administrator in Dallas ISD and Round Rock ISD. He was the Chair of the Next Generation of Assessments and Accountability, member and chair of the Texas School Safety Center, and Vice-Chair of the State Board of Educator Certification. He was the Texas PTA Superintendent of the Year in 2018.
