Outreach Coordinator
Lance has served in education for 27 years, with 14 of those as superintendent. His experience includes small rural schools and urban schools. He was the superintendent on the Randolph Field Air Force Base for seven years, serving the military families who serve our country. He has worked with multiple legislative councils, state associations, and is a past president for the Texas Rural Education Association. Because of his ability to communicate with people, he has built a strong network of both active and retired leaders across Texas.
