We offer an array of tailored services, from student interventions, and instructor workshops to our flagship fellowship program. Each service focuses on deepening the understanding of the latest adolescent motivation science and applying researched strategies to build student confidence and improve teacher well-being.
Comprehensive FUSE Membership
Full Fellowship Using the Science of Engagement members learn the latest research on adolescent motivation and the science of learning. This research is paired with classroom-based practices proven to reduce anxiety, elevate teacher well-being, and improve student academic outcomes.
Student Engagement Modules
FUSE's Student Engagement Modules give students the cognitive and motivational science behind persistence, stress, and deep engagement — and give teachers the tools to reinforce those behaviors every day. One module is built directly on research published in Nature, where a randomized controlled study across thousands of secondary students showed that teaching adolescents to reframe stress improved academic success, reduced anxiety, and lowered cortisol levels.

Workshops
FUSE workshops give faculty a research-based framework for understanding why students disengage — and what to do about it.
Schools select which FUSE teacher practice modules to focus on, so each session addresses the specific challenges your faculty is navigating. Facilitators draw on the same behavioral science that underlies the FUSE program, translating research into practical strategies educators can apply immediately.
